Igor Khripunov writes on UN Resolution 1540 in Arms Control Today

Dr. Igor Khripunov, a researcher at CITS, has published a10th anniversary overview of UN Security Council Resolution 1540, which requires all UN member states to enact and enforce laws to curb the illegal spread of WMD technology.
