Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Tyler Benson is from Douglasville, Georgia. She graduated cum laude from Oglethorpe University 2023, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science. During her time at Oglethorpe she completed two legislative internships that helped her find her love for policy. She interned for Representative David Wilkerson during the 2022 legislative session as his policy intern and served as the legislative aide for Representative Olaleye during the 2023 legislative session. After graduating she began working as a consultant for NAMI Georgia ( National Alliance on Mental Illnesses), a non-profit that advocates for mental illness. She is very passionate about serving her community and intends to specialize in public policy in the MPA program.
