Spencer graduated Cum Laude in May 2023 with a B.A. in International Affairs, Minor in History, and a Certificate of Global Studies while competing on a NCAA Division 1 Equestrian Team at the University of Georgia. Spencer is currently pursuing her Master of International Policy with a focus on energy security and international conflict to graduate in May 2024.

Spencer is an energetic and passionate individual with outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Competencies in team collaboration, verbal and written communication, scheduling, data evaluation, and leadership initiative. Within her time at UGA, Spencer has been a recipient of the Southeastern Conference Honor Roll and the AHPA NCEA Academic Honor Roll for the past four years. In August of 2023, Spencer published her first piece in the International Studies Review through Oxford University Press. In her free time, Spencer volunteers and travels to continue to sharpen her soft skills. Spencer recently traveled to Italy (2022) and Israel (2023) – both being experiential learning environments where I was able to learn and experience the geopolitical positions of these countries hands on.
