More About

Rosemary is a Georgia native and decided to take advantage of the many opportunities that UGA offers. She is a Double Dawg meaning she began taking Masters level courses as a Junior in undergrad. During her time at Georgia, Rosemary has held many internships. She was an intern for the current chairman of Defense Appropriations in the U.S. House of Representatives. Then she came home to manage a victorious campaign for state house in her home town. Later she was the government affairs intern for the Georgia Restaurant Association. Most recently, Rosemary completed a summer internship in Washington D.C. for HII or Huntington Ingalls Industries, a top 10 defense contractor. These experiences has shaped her interests in defense policy, specifically regarding issues of nuclear weapons and trade policy. When she is not in class or working, Rosemary enjoys playing cards, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family.
