Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Reaganne is a MPA student from Bogart, Georgia. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.S.A. in Agricultural Communication and Public Policy Management, she began working full-time for the UGA Office of Government Relations and pursuing her MPA part-time. During her undergraduate work, Reaganne worked for the Georgia Senate Agriculture and Consumer Affairs Committee, served as an agriculture fellow in former Senator Johnny Isakson’s Washington, D.C. office and completed an internship with UGA’s State Relations team prior to being selected for her full-time role within the office. Reaganne is wrapping up her MPA part-time and now works as a Policy Adviser for Agriculture, Natural Resources, State Properties, Veterans Affairs, and Defense in the Office of the Governor.

Reaganne began at UGA as a freshman in August of 2016 immediately after graduating high school in May 2016. During her four years at UGA, she completed her B.S.A. as well as a minor in Public Policy and Management. This coursework provided her with a comprehensive scientific and practical understanding of the agriculture industry as well as communications skills such as writing, photography/videography, and graphic design. Through her minor work and specifically chosen electives, she gained experience in policy analysis, public budgeting, nonprofit management, public process, public affairs communication, political campaign techniques, and international agricultural policy development. Reaganne took advantage of opportunities offered to UGA students and completed internships in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. working on legislative policy portfolios and committees.

Of Note

As an undergraduate in the UGA College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Reaganne was selected for the prestigious honor of representing the college as a member of the CAES Ambassador Team. She was also a member of the Order of Omega, an honor society that offers membership to the academically and philanthropic top 10% of Greek men and women.
