Noah was born and raised in Atlanta, GA whereupon graduating for High School he decided to attend the University of Georgia, majoring in international relations. He has always held a deep fascination with international policy and is participating in the Masters program to garner a deep understanding in that field. Outside of school, Noah is volunteers with UNICEF and is an avid follower of the UGA football team.
