Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Kendall is a full time MPA student for the first time this semester. She began taking MPA classes as an undergraduate student through the Double Dawgs program here at UGA. During her time as an undergraduate student, she participated in many internships throughout the state of Georgia, including the Georgia Ports Authority and the Georgia Chamber. She interned in the Trade Development department at the Georgia Ports Authority in Savannah, Georgia, where she contributed to their outstanding efforts to push Georgia’s thriving economy. Kendall then went on to work on a local State Representative’s winning campaign, where she devoted time engaging with members of the community to bridge the gap between them and their elected officials. During her senior year, Kendall completed an internship with the Georgia Chamber, attending policy committee meetings and researching tax policy in order to maximize the benefits felt by Georgia’s business’ community. Most recently, Kendall was awarded a Graduate Assistantship with the Archway Partnership at the University of Georgia. There, she will work on local government projects with communities who are a part of Archway’s programs.
