Francesca Jean-Baptiste graduated from Georgia State University in May of 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a minor in Philosophy, and a pre-law concentration. Following graduation, she gained a few years of experience in the legal field as a legal assistant at Finch McCranie, LLP. After gaining work experience, she decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy to focus on public management and policy. Overall, she has a passion for public service and is excited to start her career in public administration.

Francesca has past non-profit experience. During college, she interned with the ACLU of GA as a policy advocacy intern and with Atlanta’s Public Defender’s Office as a legal intern.
