Heath Garrett graduated from The University of Georgia, Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. in Political Science (with an emphasis in Political Philosophy) where he also served as President of the student body and later graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Georgia School of Law.

Heath is a Political Strategist, Attorney and Entrepreneur. He is the founding partner and principal strategist with the national political media firm Strategic Partners & Media; founding partner of Garrett McNatt Hennessey & Carpenter 360 law firm, a public relations, law, and marketing firm.

Heath served as Chief of Staff and lead Political Strategist for U.S. Senator Isakson from 1995 until 2021.

In addition to numerous national candidates and corporate clients, Heath’s notable Georgia clients have included: Sam Olens, Chris Carr, Brian Kemp, The Georgia Republican Party, Vic Reynolds, Sarah Warren, Andrew Pinson and dozens of state and local candidates.

Heath is the co-founder of The Isakson Initiative for neuro-cognitive research which is now part of the Isakson Center for Neurological Disease Research. He is also the co-creator of the Isakson Symposium on Political Civility.

Heath and his spouse Lee reside in Marietta, GA and have three children.
