The Japan Study Abroad program is a 4-week program based in Tokyo and Hiroshima. The program is sponsored by the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), but is open to all majors. All students are required to take 6 hours of coursework—one course on nuclear politics, and a special topics course related to Japan. The program includes long stays in Tokyo and Hiroshima, and excursions to other destinations including Fukushima, Miyajima, and others.
