Congratulations to PhD student Heather Rimes for winning the Graduate School Dean’s Award in Social Sciences, an extremely competitive award given to highly qualified students with outstanding records at The University of Georgia. The award is given to students to help cover research costs while doing their dissertation or thesis. Rimes is currently working on her thesis entitled, “Bureaucratic Features of Scientific Research Collaboration: Organizational Characteristics of Research Collaborations among Individual Scientists” and is set to graduate with her PhD in Spring of 2015.
