This Public Policy and Egalitarian Justice Conference, taking place April 3-6, 2025, at the Georgia Center, University of Georgia will bring together leading scholars in political philosophy and policy studies to explore theoretical and practical approaches to egalitarian justice. Discussions will focus on how different frameworks—luck egalitarianism and relational egalitarianism—shape public policies in education, healthcare, employment, and economic justice.

Our distinguished lineup includes Richard Arneson (UC San Diego, Keynote Speaker) and scholars from Princeton University, Washington University, Erasmus University, Hebrew University, Iowa State University, and more, including UGA’s own Alexander Kaufman and Harrison Frye.
