Congratulations to Rachel Bitecofer on her acceptance to the 2014 Emerging Leaders Program! The Emerging Leaders program is sponsored by the University of Georgia Graduate School. It is an intensive, year-long program designed to identify future faculty with strong leadership potential and works with participants to develop their leadership skills. Rachel is in her final year of her doctoral studies in Political Science & International Affairs and is a graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Political Science. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Georgia.
