PhD students attend GSU/UGA Joint Doctoral Student Research Event

Public Administration and Policy PhD students in their first through third years joined PhD students at Georgia State University for a “GSU/UGA Joint Doctoral Student Research Event.” The event was hosted by the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies on Friday, April 3, 2015. The following papers were presented by UGA PhD students:
