CITS co-hosted and co-organized a CBRN Security Stakeholder Conference with the Faculty of Engineering at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand from January 26-27, 2015. The conference, which invited CBRN experts and government officials from throughout the ASEAN region, brings together a number of perspectives on the development of CBRN Security in SE Asia. Conference participants also included the students of Nuclear Engineering at Chulalongkorn University, providing a policy-perspective and security-perspective to the future generations of nuclear professionals in the region. CITS staff participating in the event included Drs. Scott Jones, Julie Thompson and Sara Kutchesfahani as well as Mr. Christopher Tucker and Ms. Karen Cruz. The event was generously supported by the Carnegie Corporation of New York.
