MPA student, Yan Ying was admitted into the 2014 Emerging Leaders Program which is an invited leadership workshop held and sponsored by the University of Georgia Graduate School. The program gives students the opportunity to learn from experts as well as fellow graduate students. It seeks to provide students with the professional development and leadership skills they will need when entering the workplace. Yan is entering his second year of the MPA program, is interning for Action Ministries, and will be serving as a graduate assistant for the International Center of the Carl Vinson Institute of Government.
