CITS Director Dr. Scott Jones was invited to speak at a training workshop in Beijing on November 18, 2015 organized by the National CWC Implementation Office within the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This workshop was well attended by Chinese regional government officials and chemical industry representatives. It was designed to raise the awareness of chemical proliferation risks and responsibility of CWC implementation. Dr. Jones explained the importance of industry compliance and international practice to establish an Internal Compliance Program.
