CITS is partnered with the China Controlled Chemicals Association (CCCA) to hold a successful chemical industry workshop in Nanjing, China from May 18-19, 2016. This event marked the first collaboration of the new partnership between these two organizations. The workshop was designed to help Chinese chemical firms understand the proliferation risks of sensitive chemicals and equipment as well as international compliance management practices. Representatives from more than 60 Chinese companies attended the workshop in addition to delegates from the Chinese government authority, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and regional industry associations.
