Dr. Robert Christensen, professor and new PhD director in the Department of Public Administration and Policy, delivered a guest lecture at Seoul National University during a recent trip to Seoul which was part of a special topics class offered by the department. The lecture was done with doctoral student Kukkyoung Moon at the University’s Graduate School of Public Administration. They were hosted by Professor Tobin Im (pictured center).They presented a paper entitled, “Organizational Justice and Public Service Motivation: A Walk on the Dark Side.” The paper was co-authored by Dr. Christensen and PhD students Kukkyoung Moon and Liz Sassler. It explores the links between public service motivation and organizational justice.
