We want to share with you our Nonprofit of the month for November: Bigger Vision of Athens!
They are doing some real good in our Athens community! Bigger Vision of Athens is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works with our homeless community and provides support to keep them safe and comfortable while helping them achieve self-sufficiency and reach their goals. You can read more about how Bigger Vision is helping our community and how you can help in their November News Letter.
PADP is taking donations for them through the month of November. You can drop off in our office 8:30am-5pm (204 Baldwin Hall). You can also shop from their Amazon wish list.
If you are dropping off items, here is a list of their most needed items:
- Bottled water
- Snacks
- Blankets or emergency blankets
- Gloves or hand-warmers
- Hats
- Scarves
- Deodorant
- Men’s underwear
We hope you can find a way to interact with and or help Bigger Vision this month, even if it is just by sharing them with others or reposting something from their social media.
