Jeff was born in Colorado and moved to Georgia to study at UGA. Previously, he worked at the Pardee Center for International Futures on the Country and Organization Travel Team at the University of Denver and interned with the Department of Health and Human Services. In his free time he enjoys running and hiking.

My co-authored work has been published in Intelligence and National Security and presented at the annual conference of the International Studies Association (ISA) in 2019 and 2021.
