Eunjoo was born in South Korea. After two and a half years at Chungnam National University in Korea, she transferred to Stony Brook University through a dual degree program. There, she narrowed her focus to political science and developed quantitative methodologies by minoring in Applied Mathematics and Statistics.

Her time at New York University deepened the culture and language of political science academia. For her master’s thesis, she conducted research on the early presidential election following impeachment, with a focus on voting behavior of centrist voters.

Before joining SPIA, she worked as a content developer on an educational application development project at Flockstory. She was involved in designing the UIUX of the app, planning contents, and refining data.
