A SPIA alumnus, Bill has been with the Department of International Affairs since it began operations in August, 2003. He is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the department, which include developing and loading course schedules, maintaining the department’s online and social media presence. Please contact him with questions regarding late course additions, grade changes, or inquiries about university/department policies and procedures.
