Ruthie Williams is a 2nd-year Master of International Policy student with interests in Chinese counterstrategy in Latin America, emerging weapons systems, and multilateral trade controls. She currently works as the BB-CITS Analyst and as a Trade and Export Controls Intern for a small consulting firm.
