Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Talley Breedlove earned her Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from Appalachian State University. Since graduating, she has pursued a career in the public sector through jobs and internships grounded in community development, operational management, and nonprofit leadership.
Her journey began as a member of a service corps in the Philippines, where she worked with a community development organization to design and implement financial literacy and strategic planning initiatives. Later, she interned and then worked as an operations manager for a nonprofit focusing on youth development and peacebuilding. These experiences deepened her interest in implementing data-driven practices and sustainable project management.
Her ultimate aspiration is to become a Chief Operations Officer. She is pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration to acquire advanced technical and leadership skills essential for driving meaningful change in the public sector.
