Sarah is a Georgia native, raised in Roswell. She graduated from Eckerd College in 2022 as a double-major in International Relations/Global Affairs and Spanish. Sarah also pursued a minor in Latin American Studies. While attending Eckerd, she was inducted into Sigma Delta Pi, a high honor society for students devoted to pursuing the Spanish language in their colleges and universities.

In the summer of 2023, Sarah completed an internship with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as an Immigration Casework Intern. This 3-month long internship provided hands-on experience with assisting clients in their immigration applications, intakes, and assessments, allowing refugees and asylees to become permanent residents and then U.S. citizens.

Outside of the classroom, Sarah enjoys reading and rock climbing, as well as spending time outdoors. Sarah also has a passion for art and ceramics.
