Master of Public Administration (MPA)
Rhiannon is a public relations coordinator at the UGA Carl Vinson Institute of Government with nearly 25 years’ experience in communication planning, writing and editing. She develops and writes stories about institute programs and services, creates social media content and edits publications. Prior to joining the Institute of Government in 2023, Rhiannon served as the public information officer for the Athens Regional Library System for 15 years, where she managed communications for a five-county, 11-branch library system. Rhiannon also has experience in public health communications, hospital marketing and print journalism. In her free time, Rhiannon enjoys reading and is an avid runner.
