Quinn is a first-year master’s student with a regional interest in sub-Saharan Africa. His research is centered around party-system stability in sub-Saharan Africa and the causes and effects of its varying levels across different states.

Quinn was born and raised in Athens, GA and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia where he also served as the President of UGA’s Model African Union team and was writer and editor for the Loch Johnson Society foreign policy publication.
