Master of Public Administration (MPA)
Kelsey Saville is a Master of Public Administration candidate at the University of Georgia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Public Health from UGA in 2024, graduating magna cum laude as a four-year recipient of the Remarkable Futures and Zell Miller Scholarships.
Kelsey has volunteered with the Northeast Georgia Food Bank’s Food2Kids program and completed an internship with Chosen, a Texas-based nonprofit delivering trauma-informed support to foster and adoptive families. On campus, she served as Chaplain of Sigma Alpha Omega sorority and held multiple leadership and service roles with the ARCH Retreat, a faith-based organization fostering community among first-year students. Most notably, she was Head of Logistics, coordinating operations for the annual retreat.
Outside academics and volunteer work, Kelsey spent eight years in progressive leadership roles at a Chick-fil-A restaurant, culminating as Training Director, where she led staff development, streamlined operations, and cultivated a positive workplace culture.
Her academic interests include nonprofit management, local and state government, and higher education administration. Through the MPA program, she hopes to deepen her knowledge, develop practical skills, and prepare for a career that makes a positive difference in communities and the lives of those within them.
