Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Hamin Jo is currently pursuing a mid-career training in UGA MPA program, where she is focusing on potential strategies for the Republic of Korea (ROK) Ministry of National Defense (MND) to address the upcoming human resource shortage caused by the demographic cliff. With a background as the director of both the Defense Organization Management Division and the Northeast Asia Policy Division at the ROK MND, along with a B.A. in International Relations from Seoul National University, Ms. Jo’s professional interests span public organization management and military diplomacy. She is married with one daughter and one son, and greatly interested in experience the U.S. culture with her family.
