Emma Bibina is a doctoral candidate at the Department of Political Science majoring in American politics and minoring in political methodology with a focus on the electoral connection and distributive politics in the U.S. Congress. She has extensive experience in carrying out field research and conducting in-depth expert interviews in Russia.

Emma Bibina graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations with BA and MA in Political Science with honors. She also worked as a research intern at the Center for Spatial Analysis in International Relations at Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 2019-2022. She is fluent in Russian and English and speaks intermediate French.
