Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Comfort Aiyepada is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, with a degree in Public Administration. Her academic focus on ethical leadership was highlighted by her thesis on the impact of ethical behavior on staff efficiency within public institutions, particularly at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Nigeria. She has two years of experience as a Customer Service Officer at Zenith Bank PLC, one of Nigeria’s leading banks, where she developed key skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management. Her professional background also includes roles as a Sales Representative and Civic Education Teacher during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), demonstrating her adaptability and leadership. Her commitment to public administration extends to volunteer work, including serving as Volunteer Manager for the Annual Ife Public Administration Summit and participating in youth empowerment programs with AIESEC Ile-Ife. She has also supported underprivileged children through the Della’s Diary Movement. Her leadership and academic excellence have been recognized with awards such as “Best Serving Corp Member” at Immanuel College High School and “Most Dynamic Volunteer of the Year” at Obafemi Awolowo University. Currently, she is an international student at the University of Georgia, pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration and serving as a Graduate Research Assistant. She is committed to driving institutional reforms and fostering ethical leadership.
