MPA Students spent a week in Seoul, South Korea with other masters students from around the world to learn more from the University of Seoul and Seoul Metropolitan Government regarding city management. The students completed several readings and participated in discussions regarding several key areas of city administration including environment, economic development, human rights, and human services.
