Nonresident Fellow

J. Warren Stembridge is the Senior Vice President and Senior Account Executive for Intelligence within the National Security Solutions business unit of PAE. In this position, Warren works with a team who provide a full range of mission support and operational solutions to the Intelligence Community, to include facilities, security, operations and training support to both domestic and global missions.

Prior to joining PAE, Warren served for 32 years as an officer in the Central Intelligence Agency, serving in positions of increasing scope and responsibility as a Senior Officer across the globe. He managed the full life cycle of support services, including supply chain management and delivery, in support of mission operations and training in the United States, Europe, as well as war zones and areas of conflict in expeditionary environments. His last position at CIA was as the Deputy Director of the Office of Congressional Affairs. Warren received the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal in 2018.

Warren graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and received numerous senior executive leadership and management certifications, to include the National Defense University’s CAPSTONE program in 2005, during his career in the Intelligence Community.
