Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Caroline graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Public Health, concentrating in Health Education & Promotion. After college, she joined the Georgia Department of Public Health’s Northeast Health District to work in the Office of Emergency Preparedness & Response as the training coordinator and risk communicator. The pandemic response grew her passion for disaster management, health policy, and government administration and led to an interest in UGA’s MPA program. She later transitioned to UGA’s College of Public Health as a public health advisor, and currently works for UGA’s Office of Emergency Preparedness as an emergency operations coordinator. She is especially interested in public health, individual and organizational emergency preparedness, and improving preparedness efforts and outcomes.
