Master of Public Administration (MPA)
Joe Morris graduated from Liberty University with a Pre-law and Public Policy degree in 2022. Before and during his undergraduate studies, he served in the United States Navy as a Damage Controlman. During his decade-long career, Joe deployed five times spanning parts of 7 years overseas onboard three ships to the Indo-Pacific and Near East regions. His military experience allowed him to gain practical experience in leadership roles, developing local instructions and policy, directing various programs, and fulfilling a human resource role in his last assignment. In 2019 he had the unique opportunity and experience to compete with the United States Military All-Star Baseball team.
