Louis Conde is a Senior Associate within the Trade & Customs Practice at KPMG US. Along with his national team of over 150+ people, Louis assists multinational clients with all aspects of US and global international trade including trade compliance, export control and sanctions, global trade automation, customs audits, US and global cost planning, foreign trade zones, punitive tariffs, trade innovation, tariff recovery, tariff planning, duty exemption submissions, trade data analytics, indirect taxes, customs valuation, first sale for export implementation and maintenance and global value chain trade planning. He received his Master’s in International Policy from the University of Georgia, as well as his B.A. in International Affairs & Political Science.
