Jennifer is a Research Professional at the Center for the Study of Global Issues at the University of Georgia, a member of the Methodology, Research, and Design Team for the Human Rights Measurement Initiative, and a Principal Researcher for the Political Terror Scale Project. She is a Ph.D. Candidate at Vanderbilt University and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Her research focuses on state repression, human rights, and how these concepts can be best measured and evaluated.
