CITS Global Decisions Lecture Series: Carla Norrlof on “International Relations in the Post-COVID Era”

The CITS Global Decisions Lecture Series presents University of Toronto professor Carla Norloff.  She will discuss “International Relations in the Post-COVID Era.” Dr. Norrlöf will discuss the challenges facing the international order as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  She will examine the political consequences of the crisis, and their lasting effects on the United States and other liberal democracies.

Dr. Carla Norlöff

Carla Norrlöf is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Toronto, a Senior Fellow of Massey College and a non-resident Senior Fellow with the Atlantic Council. Her research is on theories of international cooperation with a special focus on great powers particularly US hegemony in the areas of money, trade and security.

Norrlöf’s work has been published with Cambridge University PressMIT Press and Oxford University Press as well as the Canadian Journal of Political ScienceConflict Management and Peace ScienceCambridge Review of International Affairs, Cooperation and Conflict, International Affairs, International Political Science Review, International Security, Review of International Political Economy and Security Studies.
