M.V. (Trey) Hood III is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Georgia. He has been conducting research in American politics and policy at UGA since 1999. His research primarily focuses on Southern Politics and Election Sciences.
Dr. Hood is currently serving as the Director of SPIA’s Survey Research Center.
