Tyler Scott


Tyler Scott is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy, which is part of the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Washington. His research focuses on the effectiveness of collaborative institutions and network management strategies for complex, polycentric governance systems, particularly related to environmental policy and natural resource management. Scott uses numerous methods to study collaborative outcomes and network structures, including exponential random graph models, multilevel models, agent-based modeling, and spatio-temporal Bayesian modeling. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Public Administration Research & Theory, Policy Studies Journal, and Journal of Policy Analysis & Management.
