Stephanie Stover

Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Stephanie Stover is a Master’s in Public Administration Candidate at the University of Georgia. She currently works at the UGA Career Center as a graduate assistant, launching the UGA Mentorship Program. During her undergraduate studies, Stephanie focused on economic development, multilateral diplomacy, and state-building. She has worked for the US Department of State in the Bureau of International Organizations where she served as a focal point for coordination and implementation of a broad range of complex policy matters with regard to U.S. policy at the United Nations.  In May of 2017, she volunteered at Vision Afrika, an NGO in Kayamandi, South Africa charged with providing supplementary education to children living in townships.  Stephanie would ultimately like to work in East Africa on behalf of the US government, coordinating the development of critical infrastructure.

 

In her spare time, Stephanie coordinates weekend events for a local non-profit, SWAT Ministries, and she teaches at Perfectly Polished: The Etiquette School.
