Scott Bippert is a fourth year student from Marietta, Georgia.  He is majoring in Political Science, Management Information Systems, and Finance.  Scott is deeply interested in government and politics and hopes to combine this interest with his interest in data analytics.  Scott spent his freshman year as the Mell-Lipscomb Hall Council Treasurer and last spring, he worked as an undergraduate research assistant for the University of Georgia Congress Project, where he helped collect data about legislative behavior.  After graduating, Scott hopes to work in a data focused role on Capitol Hill.
