Master of Public Administration (MPA)
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia where she studied Psychology and Sociology in 2020. She was a graduate of the Honors and President’s Leadership Programs, with which she also earned a minor in Leadership Studies. During her undergraduate career, Sarah served on the executive board of an anchor organization and as a Resident Assistant for three years. She was a recipient of service diction upon graduation, having volunteered over 300 hours in the Hampton Roads and Williamsburg area. Sarah worked at an intern for a nearby mental health non-profit, writing curriculum and facilitating prevention programing for substance abuse prevention and mindfulness education. She was then hired on to a staff position, serving as a program assistant and volunteer coordinator for her last semester and summer prior to relocating to Georgia.
