Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Riley entered the MPA program as a full-time student in fall 2022 after spending the last three semesters as a Double Dawgs student. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in International Affairs as a First Honor Graduate and received Highest Honors from the Morehead Honors College. During her time as an undergraduate student, she interned for both the Jeannette Rankin Women’s Scholarship Fund and the Clarke County Mentor Program and developed a passion for fighting for equal access to high-quality education. She was also a site leader for IMPACT UGA where she designed a spring break service-learning trip focused on education access and advocacy. Additionally, she participated in undergraduate research through CURO and volunteered for multiple clubs, organizations, and campaigns. Now, Riley hopes to further develop her skills in research and problem solving through the MPA program, and she will be specializing in Public Policy.
