Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration

Rebekah Lankford is a PhD student from Savannah, Georgia pursuing a degree in Public Administration. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Minor in Consumer Economics and a Certificate in Legal Business at the University of Georgia. She then went on to earn her Master’s degree in Public Administration. During her Master’s program, Rebekah served as President of the University of Georgia Student Chapter of the Government Finance Officers Association. Upon graduating with her Master’s degree, Rebekah worked as a Research Analyst on the Global Finance team within the Georgia Department of Economic Development in Atlanta, Georgia. Rebekah is currently a Public Administration PhD student specializing in Public Finance and Budgeting. Her research interests include comparative budgetary practices between the United States, European Union & Middle East and financial decision making.
