Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Moonseok served as a government official in South Korea for more than eight years, mainly at the Ministry of Science and ICT, where he was in charge of telecommunications market regulations, internet platform promotion policies, ministerial planning and internal and external affairs coordination, and secretary to the Minister. He intends to expand his background in public administration by studying theories and cases at UGA. In particular, he expects inspiration to be exchanged with people from various backgrounds who gather in the MPA program and wants to learn various perspectives on complex problems.
