Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Micah Ryan Richards is currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to the City Manager, Communications Specialist, and Deputy Court Clerk for the City of Stone Mountain, Georgia while pursuing the Master of Public Administration concentrated in Public Finance.

Micah received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy, focused on Public Management and Governance, from Georgia State University Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. Through his experiences he has engaged in strategic projects within the US and abroad: Mission work in South African impoverished stricken areas, legislative projects at the Georgia State Capitol and DeKalb Board of Commissioners and participated in the initiatives with the Civil Lawyers Against World Sex Slavery (CLAWS) Law Firm that resulted in anti-sex trafficking legislature.

Micah is a life-long resident and currently resides in Stone Mountain.
