Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science & International Affairs

I’m a five-foot-tall French student who decided to study in a field that she was told was for “big guys”, that is to say, international defense and security, and more specifically international military operations and cooperation for defense and security between NATO and European Union.

More About

I discovered political science and international affairs during a Model United Nation I went to with my prep school. This field piqued my interest and I applied for a double bachelor’s degree in France at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in Public Law and International Affairs. Meanwhile I also graduated in an additional two semesters program in American Constitutional Law.

Once I graduated, I applied for a master’s degree in international security and defense at Université Jean Moulin 3.

My university gave me the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student for the first two semesters, and I went to UGA. This experience changed my perspective as a student and made me want to research (and contributed to my addiction to caffein).

I went back to France to write my thesis and graduate but I already knew I wanted to apply for this PhD program and, I’m back!
