Master of Public Administration (MPA)

Lauren Trinkwalder is a Master of Public Administration student at the University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs. She graduated from Georgia College & State University with a B.A. in Political Science, where she was actively involved in campus leadership, research, and service. During her time at GCSU, Lauren served as Director of Sorority Life and Junior Class Senator in the Student Government Association, presented at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR), and spoke at the GCSU Election Symposium on voter accessibility and election security.

Lauren’s professional and academic experiences reflect her commitment to creating more inclusive and responsive public institutions. She earned an Election Administration Certificate in 2024 and interned with the Jones County Elections Board, where she supported election logistics and voter services. She is especially passionate about public policy, civic engagement, and the role of government in improving people’s lives. At UGA, she serves as Secretary of the Georgia Students for Public Administration and looks forward to a career dedicated to public impact.
